Warehouse Clerk - Spare Parts Warehouse

About the role

JTI is recruiting a Warehouse Clerk for its new tobacco factory in Tetouan. You will be responsible for the Warehouse section and the Spare Parts Warehouse, covering all material and spare parts movements and their accurate recording in SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store, load and offload materials and spare parts safely, and document everything in SAP in line with JTI safety standards and 5S3R policies
• Carry out periodic stock takes at least monthly to ensure 100% inventory accuracy
• Unload shipments from trucks, check quantities and enter them into SAP promptly
• Store materials in the right places, keeping inventory records up to date and ensuring parts are accessible and secure
• Keep daily inventory records accurate by issuing maintenance orders and receiving GRN and invoice documents on time
• Check that deliveries to Production and Maintenance match the required specifications, including part numbers, labels and storage locations
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and keep warehouse equipment in good working order
• Meet KPIs for safety, quality, service and cost, improve inventory levels and coordinate with PPO, Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Finance
• Follow any extra tasks assigned by the direct manager

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, logistics or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar job is recommended
• Strong English and computer proficiency
• Sense of ownership, clear communication, problem-solving and integrity

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
