Warehouse Manager

About the role

COBCO is building a state‑of‑the‑art industrial park in Jorf Lasfar focused on the full lifecycle of battery materials. As Warehouse Manager you will be the key driver of inventory accuracy and operational efficiency, ensuring uninterrupted production and timely delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, plan and direct all warehousing activities to support seamless production flow.
• Identify bottlenecks, analyse root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Execute cost‑control strategies to reduce operational expenses while maintaining supply reliability.
• Oversee ISO and IATF system documentation, manage customer audits and resolve complaints.
• Supervise, mentor and train warehouse staff, addressing training needs.
• Enforce strict safety regulations to maintain a zero‑accident workplace.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, approve discrepancy handling plans and ensure financial accountability.
• Design, implement and continuously improve SOPs for receiving, storage and outbound logistics.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in the automotive or chemical manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership of warehouse teams and talent development.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to design processes and build a department.
• Fluent English; Chinese is a significant plus.
