Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team in ensuring the efficient flow of goods, services and information. The role combines hands‑on supervision with process improvement, coordinating internal functions and external suppliers to meet customer and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and staff, ensuring productivity and safety.
• Track, receive, store and dispatch goods, verifying orders, invoices and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain records, prepare documentation and report on warehouse performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and enforce health‑and‑safety standards.
• Lead inventory management and coordinate equipment and fleet operations.
• Communicate with internal departments and external customers to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory and logistics processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated adherence to core values and ethical conduct.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using warehouse management software.
