Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw data into actionable insights. You will support strategic decision‑making by implementing tracking, analysing user behaviour, and delivering clear reports that optimise website performance and marketing ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse traffic patterns, user journeys, and conversion funnels to spot optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Audit tracking implementations regularly to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear narratives.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

• SQL (or similar query language)
• Basic HTML and JavaScript knowledge for tag implementation
