About the role
This winter internship gives you a hands‑on experience in P&G's manufacturing and engineering environment in Casablanca. You will work on the shop floor, tackle real challenges, and see the impact of your decisions quickly. The program also includes a one‑day summit with personalized training, case studies and networking.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in production activities, solve operational challenges and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Learn and apply P&G’s technologies, standards and methods in a fully automated plant.
- Develop capabilities through mentoring, formal training and real‑world project ownership.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s student in Engineering graduating in fiscal year 2026.
- Good command of English.
- Technical rigor and ability to execute defined plans.
- Strong analytical mindset and collaborative attitude.
