About the role

Winter Internship Summit is a unique experience where you live the life of a P&G manager, receive personalized training and solve real business cases. You will step into the shoes of a brand leader and gain hands‑on experience in brand management.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead a new product launch or evaluate current brand strategies.
• Lead monthly market and brand analysis, capture inputs from multi‑functional teams and recommend corrective actions.
• Design and execute brand campaigns across media, digital, CRM, in‑store and PR, and manage campaign briefs.
• Co‑lead digital marketing activities such as visibility, content creation, local partnerships and e‑commerce.
• Co‑develop market and initiative reviews and organize internal events.

Required profile

• Students graduating in fiscal year 2027, studying Business or Engineering at bachelor level.
• Committed to a minimum of three months internship.
• Passionate about marketing and brand management.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Evidence of achievements in academic or non‑academic activities.
• Proficient in English.
