Workplace Technical Expert – F5 / MyApps

About the role

The Workplace Technical Expert will design and evolve secure application access architectures for the organization’s portal and Microsoft MyApps ecosystem. You will be responsible for maintaining the technical roadmap, driving automation, monitoring, and providing Level‑3 support while collaborating with product owners, network, cybersecurity, architecture and application teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve secure access solutions using F5 BIG‑IP (APM/LTM) and reverse proxy technologies.
• Maintain and evolve the technical roadmap and architecture documentation.
• Develop test plans, automation scripts and KPI reports, and produce post‑incident analyses.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (PO, network, security, architecture, applications) to ensure seamless integration.
• Drive industrialisation, monitoring, and Level‑3 support for application access services.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in application access services and secure access architectures.
• Strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver technical documentation.
• Experience in change management and delivering automation solutions.
