About the role

The Yeelen program, launched by the Attijariwafa bank Group, seeks recent graduates from sub‑Saharan African countries to join its Marketing and Communication team in Casablanca. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on digital communication, event management and cultural projects within a pan‑African banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of digital communication campaigns.
• Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events and cultural initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote the bank’s brand across 16 African countries.
• Contribute ideas for innovative communication projects that highlight African development.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bac+5) from a Moroccan business school, engineering school or university.
• Degree in Communication, Digital Media, Event Management, Arts & Culture, Entrepreneurship or related fields.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities, result‑orientation, teamwork and initiative.
• Passion for creativity, structured thinking and good relational skills.
