The hybrid position blends product ownership, team mentorship, and strategic consulting within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. The incumbent will own the squad backlog, drive agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment with Allianz’s strategy and compliance standards. Candidates must bring 8–12 years of experience, including 6–8 years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Lead Consultant, with deep knowledge of core insurance platforms such as BMP, ABS, or Guidewire. Strong skills in backlog management, Jira, Confluence, and SAFe are essential, while CSPO or SAFe certification and people‑management experience are highly desirable.
