We are seeking a Head of Data to lead our data strategy, drive data-driven initiatives, and ensure optimal use of data to support business objectives. The role involves defining and implementing data vision, governance, architecture, analytics, and AI. You will oversee data teams, collaborate with leadership, ensure data quality, security, and compliance with GDPR, and identify technology partnerships. Required experience includes 10+ years in data management, 5+ years in leadership, expertise in Hadoop, Spark, SQL, NoSQL, cloud platforms, and knowledge of DataOps and MLops.
