Strategic Chief of Staff at z.systems is a senior role that bridges founders and the organization, driving strategy, operations, fundraising, partnerships, and internal management. The incumbent will translate vague ideas into structured decks for investors, ministers, and board members, build high‑level presentations, and represent founders in key meetings. They will lead cross‑functional missions, identify operational gaps, and manage critical projects. The role requires a Moroccan professional fluent in English, French, and Darija, with experience in strategy consulting or operations management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a high tolerance for pressure. The position offers a pathway to COO or Chief Strategy Officer roles within a fast‑growing tech startup.

Programme intensif de 3 à 6 mois destiné aux jeunes diplômés souhaitant devenir Business Engineers dans la distribution. Le parcours offre une rotation entre ventes au détail, ventes en gros et gestion de portefeuille, suivi d’une prise de responsabilité dans un département clé. Les participants développent des compétences en négociation, analyse de données, gestion de projet et relations clients, tout en travaillant sur le terrain à Casablanca.
