About the role
Ecolab is seeking an Account Manager I – Food & Beverage to drive growth and profitability across a high‑value territory in Morocco. You will build trusted relationships with customers in the food, beverage, and dairy sectors, delivering technical solutions that improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales and retention activities within a defined territory, aiming to double business in two years.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans, identifying high‑value “GAIN” opportunities.
- Implement pricing strategies to protect margins and support customer operations.
- Conduct site assessments, recommend improvements, and deploy Ecolab technologies.
- Track KPIs to ensure measurable customer outcomes and maintain accurate CRM reporting.
- Champion safety and compliance by following Ecolab and customer protocols.
- Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, technical, business development, and corporate accounts teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, food & beverage, hygiene/sanitation, chemicals, or technical service.
- Strong consultative selling and problem‑solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
