Ad Creative Funnel Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a senior Performance Marketing & Creative Strategist to own the full conversion journey for a fast‑growing marketing consultancy serving the global medical aesthetics sector. You will act as the diagnostic engine behind client accounts, uncovering why campaigns succeed or fail and steering creative and funnel improvements to drive high‑value patient acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dive audits of Meta Ads accounts to identify performance bottlenecks and creative fatigue.
• Develop comprehensive creative strategies and write detailed briefs for production teams, UGC creators, and editors.
• Optimize lead‑generation funnels from the initial ad click through to the booked appointment.
• Design and manage structured testing roadmaps to ensure continuous performance improvement.
• Analyze complex data sets to uncover patterns in lead quality and conversion rates, moving beyond surface‑level metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance landing‑page aesthetics and conversion architecture.
• Create recovery plans for under‑performing accounts and scale winning campaigns using data‑backed recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Extensive expertise in Meta Ads and performance‑marketing environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience in high‑ticket, high‑value lead generation for B2C services.
