AD Test Strategy and Plan Engineer (L2-L3)

About the role

Stellantis is looking for a Test Strategy and Plan Engineer to support L2‑L3 automated driving test activities. You will work in a fast‑growing, virtual validation environment, collaborating with software developers, test engineers and multiple stakeholders to ensure robust verification of highly automated driving functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain verification and validation plans for L2+/L3 features.
• Define test cases, procedures, timing and resource requirements.
• Set up and scope validation environments, including software‑in‑the‑loop (SiL) and hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HiL) platforms.
• Analyse test results and produce clear reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Coordinate with Agile development teams and ensure the test strategy is consistently applied.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to align testing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Applied Physics, Controls, Electronics, Aerospace or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in test engineering or project management.
• Basic knowledge of verification and validation processes for highly automated driving.
• Ability to work in Agile development environments.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
