Advanced Quality Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Advanced Quality Coordinator to lead our quality initiatives for new automotive projects. You will supervise a team of Advanced Quality Engineers and ensure that all quality deliverables meet Lear and customer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the Advanced Quality Engineering team.
• Lead Advanced Quality activities for new projects, including APQP deliverables.
• Control and validate the development and updates of control plans.
• Manage the submission of Schedule‑A/eAPQP to customers and prepare special characteristic supplements.
• Monitor customer scorecards and resolve prototype and pre‑serial production claims.
• Analyze internal defects, implement engineering changes, and support internal deviation processes.
• Conduct self‑assessments for manufacturing site audits and new RFQs.
• Promote continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Bac+5 (Master’s level) with at least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management standards.
• Experience working with German OEMs.
• Proven team‑management abilities and capacity to work in a high‑tempo environment.
