AMOA Project Manager (M/F)

About the role

SALAFIN is looking for an AMOA Project Manager to drive its IT and organisational projects. You will act as the bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring that technology solutions meet operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the business side in defining project objectives and scope.
• Identify user needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop test plans, conduct testing, and oversee user acceptance.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, verify milestones, and report on deviations.
• Analyze the impact of changes on existing work processes.

Required profile

• Master’s level degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or AMOA, preferably in finance or technology.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project‑management tools.
