Application Engineer – Heinemann Product Line

About the role

Eaton is seeking an Application Engineer for its Heinemann product line in Casablanca. You will act as the technical focal point, supporting product applications, customer requirements, regulatory standards, and product lifecycle execution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert application support on Heinemann hydraulic magnetic circuit breakers, including product configuration and BOM creation.
• Support customer‑specific technical requirements and ensure compliance with regional standards (CCC, CE, UL).
• Create and manage BOMs using internal tools such as Belzebuth.
• Execute SAP material creation and extensions (MM01, plant extensions) with accurate data.
• Lead CBIC workflows, coordinating costing, product setup, and lifecycle activities (NPI, qualification, updates) with Engineering and Operations.
• Assist sales teams, distributors, and customers through technical training, lead qualification, proposal development, and ongoing product support.
• Act as a technical‑commercial interface, maintaining customer relationships and providing occasional on‑site support.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in electrical protection systems and circuit breaker applications.
• Experience bridging engineering, SAP/CBIC processes, product management, and customer interactions.
• Ability to translate specifications into tailored Eaton solutions.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales success.
