Key responsibilities

• Support seamless operations by assisting with daily food and beverage service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing and reporting.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through developing and implementing satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends and gathering feedback.
• Deliver consistent quality by ensuring food presentation meets standards and monitoring cost and portion controls.
• Support team performance by supervising, training, scheduling, providing feedback and recognition.
• Recruit and train talent by assisting with hiring, onboarding and coaching team members.
• Uphold regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
