About the role

Casa Iskané & Équipements is seeking an Internal Auditor to strengthen its governance and risk management processes. The role is based in Casablanca and reports directly to the General Management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal audit plans aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal control systems and risk management frameworks.
• Conduct operational, financial and organizational audit missions.
• Identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure follow‑up.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Audit, Finance, Accounting, Management Control or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar internal audit role.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit standards and control mechanisms.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing abilities.
• High level of rigor, autonomy and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software and audit management tools.
