B2B Account Executive – Enterprise Sales

About the role

Holafly is looking for a results‑driven B2B Account Executive to lead its expansion into the corporate and enterprise market in Spain. You will work with senior stakeholders across industries such as consulting, finance, logistics and technology, positioning Holafly’s eSIM solutions as a strategic tool for cost‑efficiency and seamless connectivity for international employee travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for corporate accounts in the assigned territory.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within mid‑market and enterprise segments.
• Consult with clients to understand their connectivity needs and present Holafly’s eSIM solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions and procurement processes to secure profitable revenue.
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Track pipeline performance, forecast sales results and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer challenges to refine positioning.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or telecom.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional European language is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and consultative selling skills.
• Strong business acumen, results‑driven and motivated to exceed targets.
• Strategic thinker with a collaborative, customer‑first mindset.
