B2B Technical Support Specialist (English)

About the role

Ventrata is looking for a B2B Technical Support Specialist who will help our SaaS clients in the travel and attractions sector resolve technical issues. You will work remotely or from our offices in Brno or Lisbon, providing English‑language support on a 24/7 schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Actively improve the customer experience by identifying and solving client problems.
• Work directly with clients and their staff to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
• Recreate, troubleshoot, and independently investigate reported incidents.
• Collaborate with development teams, log bugs, and track errors via the internal helpdesk.
• Manage support channels including Ventrata Chat, Slack, and the Helpdesk system.
• Assist with client onboarding and data migration into Ventrata’s platform.
• Support internal teams with ad‑hoc tasks beyond the core support function.

Required profile

• Motivated by challenging problems and eager to grow with the company.
• Strong curiosity about software, hardware, and system interactions.
• Open‑minded, receptive to feedback, and proud of your work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level); additional German, Spanish or Italian is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a problem‑solving attitude.
• Detail‑oriented and able to document issues clearly.
• Willing to work independently and as part of a team on 24/7 shifts.
• Based in Nigeria or Morocco.
