Bilingual Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual English‑French Sales Representative to join our remote team at 1 Clean Air. In this full‑time position you will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive sales and support administrative functions for our air‑duct cleaning, HVAC, and insulation services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails.
• Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate cleaning or HVAC solutions.
• Provide market feedback and client insights to management.
• Support scheduling, follow‑ups, and coordination with other departments.
• Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of proven sales experience.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a dedicated remote workspace.
