Bilingual Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual English‑French Sales Representative to join our remote team. The role combines sales outreach with administrative support, working closely with the Sales Manager to drive client acquisition and maintain strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Prospect and qualify potential clients through calls and emails.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide feedback to management on client interactions and market trends.
• Support scheduling, follow‑ups, and coordination with other departments.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
