BIM MEP Modeler

About the role

We are expanding our BIM department and need an experienced BIM MEP Modeler to create accurate 3D Revit models and 2D installation drawings for HVAC and ventilation systems. The role is based in Tangier and involves working on international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Model HVAC and ventilation installations in Autodesk Revit.
• Position ducts, units, valves and other components, defining routing, elevations and Z‑levels.
• Generate coordinated 3D BIM models and extract 2D layout drawings directly from Revit.
• Create technical sections, schedules and bills of materials as required.
• Detect and resolve clashes with architectural and structural elements.
• Utilise existing manufacturer BIM families and update models based on technical feedback.
• Contribute to BIM standards, templates and workflows within the team.

Required profile

• Professional experience with Autodesk Revit for HVAC, ventilation or MEP modeling.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC and ventilation installations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Independent, accurate and solution‑oriented work style.
• Good communication skills in French and/or English.
