Senior Construction Project Manager

About the role

GDEP is expanding its project delivery team and seeks an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Tangier, Tetouan and Marrakech. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from planning and pre‑construction to execution, commissioning and final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex construction projects from concept to completion.
• Drive BIM‑based project delivery and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Manage planning, scheduling and cost control activities.
• Oversee procurement, contractor management and contract administration.
• Implement risk, quality and HSE management procedures.
• Facilitate client and stakeholder communication throughout the project.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering commercial or complex building projects.
• Strong BIM knowledge and experience in multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional proficiency in French and/or English; Arabic is an advantage.
