Business Analyst Program – Casablanca

About the role

Join McKinsey & Company’s Business Analyst Program in Casablanca and work on high‑impact client projects alongside experienced consultants. You will help solve complex business challenges, develop actionable recommendations, and contribute to lasting performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in teams of 3‑5 consultants to diagnose client problems and design solutions.
• Gather, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to test hypotheses.
• Develop and communicate strategic recommendations to client senior leadership.
• Present findings, support implementation, and may travel to client sites as needed.
• Work closely with diverse internal and client teams to co‑create optimal solutions.
• Build trust‑based relationships with clients and convey complex ideas clearly.

Required profile

• Last‑year university students or fresh graduates (up to 1 year of experience) from top African schools or universities.
• Strong analytical mindset and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
