Business Development Senior Team Leader

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Senior Team Leader to head its global Lead Generation team. The role focuses on converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and building scalable, data‑driven processes across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a worldwide team of Lead Generation Specialists/SDRs.
• Define and implement strategies to improve lead qualification, conversion rates and pipeline generation.
• Own and optimize the end‑to‑end MQL‑to‑SQL process, ensuring consistency across regions.
• Partner with Marketing to align on campaign performance, lead quality and targeting.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership for smooth handoff of SQLs and strong pipeline conversion.
• Monitor and report on conversion rates, pipeline value, speed‑to‑lead and activity levels.
• Establish best practices in CRM usage (e.g., Salesforce), data hygiene and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, training and performance management.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation or Business Development within the IT/Tech industry.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling high‑performing lead generation teams.
• Strong record of improving MQL‑to‑SQL conversion and generating qualified pipeline.
• Experience working in a global or multi‑regional environment.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
