About the role

As a Junior Cost Estimator at CHR’PRO, you will support the preparation of commercial offers for laboratory and production space projects in the hospitality sector. Working on-site in Casablanca, you will translate client needs into accurate price studies and quotations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and select appropriate equipment.
• Calculate costs, prepare detailed price quotes and commercial proposals.
• Maintain and update price databases and product catalogues.
• Communicate regularly with clients to confirm specifications and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of offers.

Required profile

• Ability to interpret client needs and produce structured cost estimates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good written and oral communication skills, team‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3/BAC+4) in management, commerce or related field.
• Any internship or apprenticeship experience in costing, quoting or price studies is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Office suite tools.
• Experience using ERP or dedicated quotation management software.
