Chargée de facturation – Stage pré‑embauche

About the role

This pre‑employment internship offers a hands‑on experience in billing and financial administration within a diversified Moroccan group. You will work closely with the Administrative and Financial Manager to ensure accurate invoicing and compliance with internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Environment and Energy (QHSEE) regulations.
• Manage and monitor client invoices, guaranteeing timely processing.
• Maintain reliability and consistency of financial data entered into the system.
• Verify that accounting operations related to invoicing are compliant.
• Prevent delays in transmitting documents to internal departments such as accounting and headquarters.
• Maintain and track the client portfolio and outstanding balances.
• Preserve confidentiality of all financial information.

Required profile

• Bac+2 in management, finance, accounting or a business school with a banking/finance specialization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar billing or invoicing role.
• Junior level (1‑3 years of experience) as defined by the employer.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with management systems and ERP tools.
• Familiarity with integrated management standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001).
