About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to manage and support the HR functions for our office in Meknès. The role involves administrative personnel management, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer and monitor employee records and administrative procedures.
  • Process payroll and handle social security declarations.
  • Implement the group’s HR strategy on an operational level.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in labor law.
  • Support recruitment processes and facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
  • Act as a local point of contact for employees, providing day‑to‑day HR support.

Required profile

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar HR position.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Organized, autonomous, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is desirable.
