About the role
Hyatt Regency Casablanca is seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary operations of Café M, located in the heart of the city. The successful candidate will bring a passion for French gastronomy and the ability to manage a high‑volume, multicultural kitchen.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent quality of dishes.
- Develop and execute menus that reflect French culinary standards.
- Manage food cost and inventory to meet budget targets.
- Lead, train and motivate a diverse kitchen team.
- Implement and maintain HACCP standards and health & safety procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gastronomic kitchens, with at least 1 year in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of French cuisine and high‑level French language proficiency.
- Experience working in city‑center hotels or high‑traffic restaurant environments.
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
Required skills
- HACCP certification.
- Food cost control and budgeting.
- Expertise in French culinary techniques.
