About the role

The Office National du Conseil Agricole is seeking a senior professional to lead its Finance and Accounting Division, which reports to the Directorate of Human Resources and Support. The role is open to qualified civil servants and public sector employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial and accounting activities of the division.
  • Ensure compliance with national regulations and internal policies.
  • Coordinate budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis for the organization.
  • Lead and develop the division’s staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Required profile

  • Classified at least as a 2nd‑grade administrator or state engineer (minimum index 26).
  • University degree in economics, management, accounting, finance or an equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in the relevant field, including at least two (2) years in a position of responsibility.
  • Commitment to the values of the Office and demonstrated leadership abilities.
