Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel Kitchen

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Rabat is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. Working in a prestigious luxury setting, you will help deliver high‑quality dishes that reflect the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the preparation of food items for guest orders.
• Follow recipe cards and maintain consistent quality, portion, and presentation standards.
• Complete mise en place, set up stations for service, and ensure a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Date and rotate all food containers, monitor temperatures, and manage perishables according to policy.
• Check par levels, determine necessary preparation, and assist in controlling food waste.
• Develop and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and skill growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or fine‑dining kitchen, preferably at a similar level.
• Strong understanding of culinary standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
