About the role

Mandarin Oriental Marrakech is seeking a passionate Chef de Rang to join the Ling Ling by Hakkasan team. In this role you will deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the guest dining experience in a luxury hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and anticipate guest needs during the dining experience.
• Manage your assigned station, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Guide and support Commis de Rang throughout service periods.
• Maintain compliance with Mandarin Oriental standards, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Ensure immaculate presentation of the restaurant and service areas.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or senior waiter in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
