Commercial Assistant – Stainless Steel Distribution

About the role

We are a company operating in the stainless steel distribution. We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a commercial or administrative role, with basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics. Good English skills are required, particularly for speaking, writing, and day‑to‑day communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support the commercial team with daily activities
• Prepare quotations, reports, and commercial documents
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Follow up on orders, shipments, and deliveries
• Assist with supply chain and logistics coordination
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide general administrative and commercial support

Required profile

• Previous experience in a commercial assistant, sales support, or administrative role
• Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics
• Good English communication skills – speaking, writing, and communicating with colleagues and clients
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, reliable, and detail‑oriented
