Compliance Manager – Global & Local Coverage

About the role

Allianz Services is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead both local entity coverage and a dedicated global compliance topic. The role is delivery‑focused, working closely with senior leaders, sister functions and auditors to embed governance and integrity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a specific global compliance topic in line with Allianz policies, standards and functional rules.
• Develop and periodically update internal compliance rules and procedures to align with current laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Facilitate sharing of best practices and lessons learned across locations to improve governance quality.
• Ensure alignment with strategic compliance objectives and corporate standards.
• Leverage digital solutions for compliance tasks and monitor emerging compliance risks and trends.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (Law, Finance, Economics or similar) or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs or a related governance function.
• Compliance certification (e.g., ICA) is an advantage.
• Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgement and provide constructive challenge.
