Concierge Agent

About the role

The Concierge Agent at The Ritz‑Carlton in Rabat delivers personalized guest services, handling requests for transportation, reservations, and other special arrangements. The role ensures guests receive accurate information about the hotel and local attractions while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and dry‑cleaning, coordinating with appropriate providers.
• Provide guests with information on property amenities, local events, and activities, and answer all calls, messages, and inquiries.
• Log and process guest calls and requests, contacting relevant departments (Bellperson, Housekeeping) to resolve issues.
• Monitor club lounge seating, service, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training.
• Uphold company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure a welcoming, appreciative interaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
