Concierge – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr is seeking a dedicated Concierge to join its front‑office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing personalized recommendations and seamless service that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and respond to their inquiries with professionalism.
• Provide tailored recommendations on local attractions, dining, entertainment and hotel amenities.
• Arrange reservations, transportation, and special requests, ensuring all details are accurately communicated.
• Coordinate closely with other hotel departments to deliver a flawless guest experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the Rabat area, including events, cultural sites and exclusive venues.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns promptly, and build lasting relationships.
• Handle administrative tasks such as managing reservation logs, guest preferences and deliveries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a concierge, front‑office or guest‑services role within a luxury hotel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and entertainment options.
• Professional demeanor, high attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments.
