About the role
Join Concentrix in Agadir as a bilingual Customer Service Advisor. You will interact with customers in German and English through phone, email or chat, turning each contact into a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via multiple channels.
- Resolve issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide personalized solutions that build loyalty.
- Collect and share feedback to help improve services and processes.
Required profile
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- Excellent communication, organized, independent and positive attitude.
- Comfortable using digital tools and curious about new technologies.
- Motivated by challenges and passionate about customer satisfaction.
