Contract Manager (Contrat local)

About the role

La Compagnie des Signaux is seeking a Contract Manager on a local contract to join its Rabat office. The role supports the company’s rapid growth in high‑speed railway signalling by overseeing contract execution for international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to close‑out, ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, production and project teams to align contractual obligations with project schedules.
• Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the expansion of CSEE’s activities in Morocco and abroad by facilitating smooth contractual relationships.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering, business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in contract management, preferably within railway, transport or high‑tech industries.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English; ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Contract administration and risk management.
• Knowledge of railway signalling standards such as ETCS and ERTMS.
• Familiarity with contract management tools (e.g., SAP, MS Office).
