Customer Experience & Order Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Experience & Order Support Specialist to own all English‑speaking interactions with our clients in Casablanca. You will guide customers from the first inquiry through order completion, ensuring every request has a clear next step.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone in a professional, warm manner.
• Track each request until fully resolved, providing accurate updates.
• Assist customers before purchase, offering product guidance and personalized order advice.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary information and follow‑up on orders.
• Maintain organized conversation records in HubSpot.
• Handle routine issues independently and escalate sensitive cases appropriately.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Minimum three years of experience in customer experience, e‑commerce, retail or a similar field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make good judgments.
• Confidence speaking with international customers.
• Experience in interior design, furniture, home décor or premium e‑commerce is a plus.
