ME Coordinator – Preplanning & Project Launch

About the role

The ME Coordinator will lead the pre‑planning and launch of new manufacturing projects, ensuring that production processes are defined, resources are mobilised and performance targets are met. You will act as the bridge between design changes and production adjustments, guaranteeing smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, develop, supervise and control all pre‑planning activities for new projects.
• Define production processes and support start‑up curves to achieve declared performance.
• Cascade operational objectives to the Preplanning team and create actionable work plans.
• Ensure alignment between Project Management and Preplanning divisions.
• Link design changes with production process improvements to maintain product‑process consistency.
• Develop and update resource mobilisation strategies within Preplanning.
• Lead project development plans and implement cross‑departmental launch strategies.
• Monitor schedules, identify risks and define mitigation scenarios.
• Implement OS and Preplanning directives and manage version updates.
• Prepare and present investment proposals, justifying variances.
• Conduct pre‑planning studies and propose manufacturing scenarios while minimising investment.

Required profile

• Bac+5 (Master’s level) education.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Advanced computer skills.
