About the role
Join Foundever as an English‑speaking Customer Service Advisor for a prestigious high‑end retail brand operating in the United Kingdom. You will deliver top‑quality assistance to customers via phone and email, helping to maintain and enhance the brand’s reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone and email.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve issues promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the brand positively and contribute to its image.
- Document interactions and follow up on open cases as needed.
Required profile
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to work full‑time on site.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call‑center environment, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in English Studies is a plus.
