About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well‑spoken with a professional demeanor and strong customer service and computer skills.
Key responsibilities
- Listen to customer concerns and provide information, answers, or responses.
- Handle customer complaints and process returns effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing accurate product information and processing telephone orders.
- Collaborate across teams.
Required profile
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years experience in a similar role.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Good data entry and typing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
