About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well‑spoken with a professional demeanor and strong customer service and computer skills.

Key responsibilities

Listen to customer concerns and provide information, answers, or responses.
Handle customer complaints and process returns effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing accurate product information and processing telephone orders.
Collaborate across teams.

Required profile

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
1–2 years experience in a similar role.
Very good command of English (spoken and written).
Good data entry and typing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
