About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a travel‑industry booking platform, handling both inbound and outbound interactions while delivering high‑quality assistance to homeowners and travelers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners using the booking platform.
- Provide timely assistance, especially during escalations, and log all interactions.
- Classify, follow up, and maintain accurate records of call history and resolutions.
- Analyze call data, share customer feedback, and stay updated on process and platform changes.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.
Required profile
- Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center environment.
- Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
- Strong computer literacy and experience working online.
- Clear, empathetic, and professional communication under pressure.
Required skills
- Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
- Slack or comparable team‑collaboration tool.
- Salesforce.
- Windows 11 or later, macOS 14 or later.
- Standard office productivity tools.
