About the role
Evolving Systems is looking for a strategic Customer Success Manager to drive growth and retain revenue within the telecom sector across the Northern Africa region. You will act as the primary liaison for assigned customers, shaping their success journey and identifying upsell opportunities while collaborating closely with pre‑sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships and governance for assigned telecom customers.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans, aligning with customer KPIs and business objectives.
- Present Evolving Systems’ value proposition to C‑level stakeholders and secure executive sponsorship.
- Identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Adhere to the company sales process, complete administrative tasks on time, and represent the brand professionally.
- Travel within the assigned territory up to 3‑4 days per week.
Required profile
- 5+ years of sales experience in software and services for the telecom industry.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain C‑level relationships.
- Strong understanding of telecom business models and KPIs.
