About the role

SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service leader that partners with tech companies worldwide. As a Customer Support Consultant you will work remotely, providing English‑level C1 assistance to customers across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via chat and phone calls.
• Assist customers with billing questions, product usage, technical issues and bugs.
• Respond to inquiries in line with service level agreements and follow precise procedures.
• Explain platform features, policies and expectations to ensure quick resolutions.
• Escalate complex or high‑priority issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Conduct research when information is missing and proactively propose solutions.

Required profile

• Excellent English (C1) – spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
• Proven experience handling support via phone calls and chat.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, adaptability and independent work skills.
• Clear, professional and empathetic communication with customers.
• Customer‑focused mindset with commitment to high‑quality service.
• Personal laptop (≥8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
