Cybersecurity Team Manager (SDC)

About the role

Orange Cyberdefense is looking for a seasoned manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of 10‑20 cybersecurity engineers in Casablanca, Morocco. You will be responsible for operational and financial steering of the Security Delivery Center (SDC) while representing the company publicly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of cybersecurity engineers.
• Oversee operational and financial performance of the SDC.
• Drive pre‑sales activities and manage large‑scale integration projects.
• Act as the public spokesperson for Orange Cyberdefense in regional events.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on bid preparation and client workshops.
• Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction across West Africa.

Required profile

• 5‑15 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in cybersecurity.
• Proven track record in managing technical teams and business development.
• Deep knowledge of the Moroccan and West African market.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English.
• Leadership mindset and a client‑focused attitude.
