Dispatch Coordinator

About the role

Premium LCS is seeking a highly organized Dispatch Coordinator to join its operations team in Casablanca. You will act as the central link between chauffeurs, clients, reservations and customer‑service teams, ensuring every transfer runs smoothly from pickup to drop‑off.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily chauffeur and vehicle assignments according to scheduled transfers and client requirements.
• Dispatch chauffeurs, track trips in real time, and ensure punctual pickups and drop‑offs.
• Communicate continuously with chauffeurs, providing operational support and trip information.
• Manage last‑minute changes, delays, cancellations and unexpected situations.
• Handle airport pickups, hotel transfers, VIP services, corporate transportation and event logistics.
• Monitor vehicle availability, arrange replacements, and track chauffeur attendance and status.
• Maintain accurate trip and operational records and update reservation and customer‑service teams.
• Escalate incidents to managers and help optimize vehicle and chauffeur allocation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in dispatch, transport operations, logistics, fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a calm, solution‑oriented attitude under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Casablanca and major Moroccan destinations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and variable hours as needed.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; English is a strong advantage.
